 ABSTRACT

The world is gradually becoming a global community where information technology rules every aspect of life. The health institution is one area that has been seriously affected by information technology. Therefore this research set out to study immunisation, the existing system national immunisation programme, the bottlenecks in national immunisation programme and it is geared towards developing an enhanced computerised immunisation plan which will take care of these bottlenecks, schedule immunisation plan for an area and also keep accurate records of areas and people immunised.
